Crafted in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, our wild venison jerky is made from premium cuts of sustainably sourced Scottish deer. Naturally lean and packed with rich flavour, each batch is carefully seasoned and slowly air-dried to create a tender bite with a deep, authentic taste.

Wild Scottish venison is naturally rich in protein and lower in fat than many traditional cured meats. Our product contains around 70g of protein per 100g, making it one of the highest-protein natural snack options available.
